By June 30, 2020No Comments
Over the last month we have had 55 gymnasts, coaches, parents & siblings take part in our  ‘City of Lancaster Gymnastics Club’s Charity Challenge’ to raise money for the amazing St. Johns Hospice. Throughout the month of June we set the team a challenge of running 3000km.

Today is the last day of June, the last day of our challenge and the only words we can use to describe everyone’s efforts is…WOW! What an incredible team we have. As of 7pm today we have ran 4987.31km, we did the 3000km in only 18 days. We will update our Facebook Page tomorrow with the final running total for the month of June…just incase there were any late night runners!

Special mention to Paula Croad, Patrick Rabbett, Dom Hart, Charlie Allmond, Laura Bain, Lynn Jackson, Anna Richings, Andrew Woodcock, Claire Jewitt & Rob (&Oliver) Quinn who were our top 10 runners…. with Paula running an AMAZING 460.4km!

Thank you all so much to everyone that ran & contributed to our total, every KM counts & has helped us to achieve way beyond our initial target.

Thank you also to everyone that has donated so far. Please can you SHARE SHARE SHARE our GoFundMe Page. We would absolutely love to raise £1000 for St. John’s Hospice. Link is: gf.me/u/x272xv.
