I hope you and your family are all safe and well and managing to keep occupied. This is a message to keep you updated about the current situation regarding the closure of the club and future payments. Following a discussion with Alan the owner of the site, he has decided to not request any rent payment while the club is closed during the lockdown. We are very grateful to him and his family for this very generous gesture. As a result of this, and whilst the club still has other monthly expenses, we are now asking you to suspend payments for the month of April. You may be able to do this online or please give your bank a call.
As you are no doubt aware, we are still uncertain what will happen after the current 3 week lockdown so we will communicate with you nearer the time regarding payments due to be made in May. Of course, any under or overpayment made during these times will be adjusted as soon as we have a firmer idea of when we might reopen.
